DOVER — The second installment of the 2018 Dover Art Walk takes place on Friday, Feb. 2, 4-7 p.m., with 11 locations participating in the downtown area. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, the theme for this month’s Art Walk is romance, and romance will definitely be in the air.
