Traffic Box Makeover

Thank you to Artist Sidney Gosselin for her fun and creative art piece on one of downtown’s traffic boxes! This particular box was recently replaced and is located at Chestnut St and First.

The Dover Arts Commission first began painting the city’s traffic boxes in 2024, in a partnership with the High School’s National Art Honor Society. Their talented students have designed and painted 3 boxes. Which can be seen between Silver St and Washington St.

Art pieces like this make our community and downtown a fun and vibrant place to be. We hope to add more!
